[1] The Lloyd’s Extractor is the most efficient machine for making strong liquid herb extracts.  It was invented in the 1870s by John Uri Lloyd-the genius of 19th century U.S. herbal medicine & is otherwise known as the Cold Still- {or distiller}. Meaning it can remove the alcohol & leave the water in an herb extract without heating the herbs unlike an ordinary distiller.
