Recipes for using powdered Guarana
·
In coffee or as tea:
§
Use ½ teaspoon
Amino Acid & Botanical
GUARANÁ
powder/cup, either in the cup or in the coffee grounds of the coffee
maker.
·
In juice:
§
Use ½ teaspoon of the
Amino Acid & Botanical
GUARANÁ
powder/glass of juice - we like Guava or Pineapple.
·
In wine:
§
Use ½ teaspoon of
Amino Acid & Botanical
GUARANÁ
powder/glass or pour the whole bottle into a punchbowl one glassful @ a
time so you know how many ½ teaspoons of Guaraná to use.
We suggest a dry red Australian or Napa wine-though for the
economy minded “Night Train” or “Ripple” would also work.
Let Guaraná soak in wine for at least one hour before serving.
For a punch mix the wine prepared as above with 2-2½ times the
amount of mixed juices of your choice.
Yes you may add cut fruit. Then grasp punchbowl firmly in both
hands & step briskly to serving table.
Note: It will be necessary to stir the punch before each serving.

In a ‘Set The Tone’ Smoothie:
§
First thing in the A.M. or whenever combine as many of the following &
whatever else as you like or can afford in a blender;
o
½ teaspoon of
Amino Acid & Botanical
GUARANÁ
powder.
o
One teaspoon Creatine.
o
One 1000mg capsule
Amino Acid & Botanical
Alkylglycerol extract of Shark Liver Oil.-Oh Yes
though not for vegetarians.
o
Room temperature juice of choice-we like Purple Grape for its
anti-oxidant properties or spring water.
(Room temperature because as any good traditional Chinese doctor
will tell you reducing the temperature of the digestive juices with cold
liquids will reduce the power of digestion).
o
½ teaspoon
Amino Acid & Botanical
L-Glutamine.-Precursor to the anti-anxiety neurotransmitter GABA & a
dramatic increase in energy taken before workouts.
o
1/3 teaspoon of
Amino Acid & Botanical
broad-spectrum free-form amino acid mixture-(coming
soon).
o
Perhaps some fruit-Strawberries, Black Raspberries, Banana &/or a
tablespoon or 2 of frozen Strawberry juice concentrate etc.
Drink immediately.
o
If you are really wealthy add 1-2 gram of Lu Rong (Deer Antler Extract)
which is a growth hormone stimulant. |
